your car for free?

Facebook MarketplaceAnother channel to consider for local discovery. Availability, account requirements and listing policies depend on Meta’s current rules.Read our Facebook selling guide and check Meta’s help center.
Local and enthusiast communitiesA relevant community may have buyers interested in your type of vehicle. Some restrict advertisements or charge fees.Check the group’s rules and obtain permission where required.
Other automotive classifiedsCompare listing cost, duration, audience, communication tools and optional services.Confirm current pricing on the provider’s own site. Free placement and paid promotion are different services.

A CarMax or Carvana purchase offer is a different selling route from advertising directly to individual buyers. Compare a written offer with your potential private-sale proceeds, time and costs using our sale proceeds calculator. A higher asking price is not money received.

START WITH THREE DETAILS

What car are you selling?

Already advertising elsewhere? Add a free CarTruvo listing alongside it. We’re a new marketplace, and inquiries and sales are not guaranteed.

Next: create an account or sign in to save your draft. These three details stay in this browser tab for up to 24 hours until saved. No credit card required. Listings are reviewed before publication.

Questions before you list

Can I list here if my car is already advertised elsewhere?

Yes. Follow each platform’s rules and use your own photos and accurate vehicle details. Update or remove every advertisement when the car sells.

Does a free listing turn into a paid subscription?

No credit card is required for the free pilot listing. Future paid services require a separate purchase. Read our marketplace terms before submitting.

What if I have a loan on the car?

Ask your lender about payoff, payment arrangements and title release before agreeing to a sale. Explain the loan status accurately and use our private-sale checklist to organize questions.

Will CarTruvo sell the car or collect payment for me?

You and the buyer arrange the transaction. CarTruvo does not buy your car, process vehicle payments, provide escrow or guarantee a sale.
